Golden Ticket Prize Draw Rules

1. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of PLOD and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

🏃 In-App Entry (Free)

Complete the Monthly Challenge by solving the riddle and logging a matching run via Strava. When your qualifying activity syncs, you'll automatically receive a Golden Ticket entry.

✉️ Free Alternative Entry

To enter without completing the challenge, email goldenticket@plod.run with subject line "Free Entry - [Month Year]" including your full name and confirmation you are 18+.

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person per monthly draw, regardless of entry method.

3. Prize Draw

Draw Date: 1st of each month for the previous month's entries
Prize: Running gear or gift card (value typically £40-£80)
Winner Selection: Random draw from all valid entries
Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of entries received

4. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize, or an alternative winner may be selected.

5. General Terms

This is a free prize draw, not a lottery
No purchase is necessary - the free entry route is available to all eligible participants
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules
The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures affecting entries
